委托交付流程Outsourced delivery

选择委托交付时，材料由专属团队做，进度同步给机构。Under the outsourced model, our dedicated team prepares the materials and shares progress with the agency.

• 评估先行Assessment first每个案件先由移民规划师评估资质与方向，评估通过后再签约，不接没有把握的案子。A consultant assesses eligibility and strategy for every case; we sign only after it passes and do not take cases we are not confident in.
• 材料梳理与论证Drafting and argumentation文案负责人定方向，专属文案一对一撰写，证据链逐项核对，并按案件需要由合作律所复核。The lead reviewer sets direction, a dedicated writer drafts one-on-one, the evidence chain is checked item by item, and partner counsel reviews when needed.
• ImmiClaw 协助ImmiClaw assists团队使用 ImmiClaw 检索证据资料、整理文书结构，并检查材料前后是否一致。The team uses ImmiClaw to research supporting sources, organize the petition and check consistency across documents.
• 进度同步机构Progress shared with the agency签约后关键节点同步，客户问起，机构心里有数。Key milestones are shared after signing, so the agency knows where things stand when the client asks.
