美国公民及移民服务局（USCIS）正在USCIS政策手册中发布政策指南，规定USCIS可通过入籍申请（N-400表）收件通知自动延长永久居民卡（PRC）（I-551表）的有效期，无论申请人是否已提交更换永久居民卡申请（I-90表）。本指南于2022年12月12日生效。
