美国移民局对多数申请人、请愿人和请求人及其律师和认证代表启动新流程：某些福利申请表可通过邮寄或远程方式付费，而不再需要亲自到外地办事处现场缴费。申请人可将支票或G-1450信用卡交易授权表随福利申请一起邮寄至外地办事处。
