美国移民局宣布关于I-693表格有效期的新指南
美国公民及移民服务局今日宣布，任何在2023年11月1日或之后由民事外科医生正确填写并签署的I-693表格（移民体检和疫苗接种记录报告）均不会过期，可无限期用作证明申请人不会因健康相关原因而被拒绝入境的证据。

在与疾病控制与预防中心（CDC）协商后，基于公共卫生电子通知的进步，美国移民局已确定，如果I-693表格填写正确且由民事外科医生在2023年11月1日或之后签署，其证据价值不应再限于特定时期。如果移民局官员有理由相信申请人的医疗状况自民事外科医生签署I-693表格以来已发生变化，或者提交的I-693表格未准确反映申请人的医疗状况且申请人可能因健康相关原因不可入境，则官员有权酌情要求提供更多证据或新的或更新的I-693表格。
