特殊移民青少年分类与有限现场提交
美国公民及移民服务局（USCIS）正在更新《USCIS政策手册》中的政策指南，以说明特殊移民青少年（SIJ）分类的申请人（或其代表）在有限情况下如何与USCIS外地办事处预约，以现场提交《亚裔、寡妇（鳏夫）或特殊移民申请表》（I-360表）。
