修订关于入籍公民教育要求的指南
美国公民及移民服务局（USCIS）正在USCIS政策手册中发布政策指南，以实施经部分修改的2020年入籍公民测试（“2025年入籍公民测试”），该测试有助于确保合法移民适当融入美国，并促进统一的美国身份认同以及对美国宪法、法律和建国原则的归属感。本次更新还澄清了外国人必须证明其充分具备《移民与国籍法》（INA）第312条所要求的公民知识与理解所需满足的要求。
