USCIS Announces FY2024 H-1B Lottery Registration Period: March 1 to March 17
On January 27, 2023, USCIS announced that registration for the FY2024 H-1B lottery will open at 12:00 noon Eastern Time on March 1, 2023, and close at 12:00 noon on March 17, 2023, with a $10 fee per registration. In light of the expected large volume of registrations, the Treasury Department raised the daily credit card collection limit from $24,999 to $39,999; at that cap, up to 4,000 H-1B registrations paid by credit card could theoretically be accepted per day.
On January 27, USCIS announced that the FY2024 H-1B lottery registration window runs from 12:00 PM ET on March 1, 2023, to 12:00 PM ET on March 17, 2023. Each registration costs $10.
