自2023年8月21日起，波托马克服务中心（PSC）已开始迁往马里兰州坎普斯普林斯的新设施，不再接收针对意图拒绝通知（NOID）、意图撤销通知（NOIR）、意图拒绝（ITD）、补件请求（RFE）等函件的纸质回复，也不再接收目前待处理于PSC的申请的支持性文件。
