澄清如果学生通过在线或远程学习方式上课，且无需为完成课程的任何必要目的亲自到场，则每学期（或等效）可将1门课或3个学分（或等效）计入全日制课程。
解释学生可以在美国移民和海关执法局（ICE）学生和交流访问者项目（SEVP）认证的学校之间相同教育级别内转学，或在教育级别之间转换。
