U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is updating policy guidance in the USCIS Policy Manual regarding immigration medical examinations completed by certain Afghan nationals who arrived in the United States during Operation Allies Welcome (OAW).查看对应正文在OAW期间抵达美国并接受完整移民体检的阿富汗国民，如果体检由政府运营设施中经 blanket-designated 的 civil surgeon 完成并在 Form I-693 上注明结果，或由境外 panel physician 完成并在 DS-7794 或 DS-2054 上注明结果，且满足某些条件，则在申请调整身份时无需重复移民体检。

- 规定在OAW期间抵达美国并接受了由政府运营设施中一揽子指定的民事外科医生进行的全面移民体检、且该医生在《移民体检和疫苗接种记录报告》（I-693表）上注明结果的阿富汗国民，或由海外指定医生在DS-7794或DS-2054上注明结果的阿富汗国民，在申请身份调整时如果符合某些条件，将无需重复移民体检。
- 规定为在OAW期间抵达美国的某些阿富汗国民完成的全面移民体检无限期有效，用以证明他们不存在任何会使其因健康相关理由而不可入境的状况，只要他们符合某些条件。
