特殊移民 juvenile 分类与暂缓行动
美国公民及移民服务局（USCIS）正在USCIS政策手册中发布政策指南，取消对因签证不可用而无法申请身份调整为合法永久居民（LPR）身份的、被归类为特殊移民 juvenile（SIJ）的外国人自动考虑暂缓行动（及相关就业授权）。

- 美国公民及移民服务局（USCIS）正在USCIS政策手册中发布政策指南，取消对因签证不可用而无法申请身份调整为合法永久居民（LPR）身份的、被归类为特殊移民 juvenile（SIJ）的外国人自动考虑暂缓行动（及相关就业授权）。
- 规定USCIS将不再对仅因移民签证不能立即提供而无法申请身份调整的、具有SIJ分类的外国人进行暂缓行动裁定。
- 删除先前指南，该指南规定USCIS将接受具有SIJ分类且因仅因移民签证号码不能立即提供而无法申请身份调整、已获USCIS暂缓行动的外国人根据(c)(14)类别提交的新就业授权申请（I-765表）。
- 解释基于其SIJ分类而当前拥有暂缓行动的外国人通常将保留此暂缓行动，以及保留基于此暂缓行动提供的当前就业授权，直至当前有效期届满。
- 对当前关于终止SIJ暂缓行动的政策作出轻微澄清，并确认USCIS在其自由裁量权范围内，可在当前有效期结束前终止暂缓行动并撤销任何相关就业授权。
